Development Committee
Purpose of committee
The Development Committee is responsible for the Council’s role, remit, relationships and profile in the development and regeneration of the City and shall consider initiatives and issues which impact on the future development of the City. The Committee is responsible also for the Waterfront & Ulster Halls, Community Services, tourism, arts & cultural issues and European matters.
