            Apologies for inability to attend were received from the Chairman (Councillor D. Dodds) and Councillors M. Browne and Crozier.

Seconded by Councillor W. Browne and

      Resolved – That, as a mark of respect to Councillor N. Dodds on the occasion of the recent death of his father, the meeting of the Committee stand adjourned and an expression of the Committee’s condolences and sympathy be conveyed to Councillor N. Dodds on this sad occasion.

            The Committee agreed that the business listed on the agenda be considered at the monthly meeting to be held on Friday, 20th June.
