Agenda and minutes

No apologies for inability to attend were reported.

            The minutes of the meeting of 21st November were taken as read and signed as correct.  It was reported that those minutes had been adopted by the Council at its meeting on 2nd December.

No declarations of interest were reported.

            The Committee considered the following two motions which had been received in advance of the Council’s meeting on 9th January:

            The Committee agreed that the motion, which had been proposed by Councillor Abernethy and seconded by Councillor Maghie, be referred, in the first instance, to the People and Communities Committee.

            The Committee agreed that the motion, which had been proposed by Councillor Kelly and seconded by Councillor Bunting, be referred, in the first instance, to the Strategic Policy and Resources Committee.
