Use of the City Hall |
This event aims to provide a platform for the Minister and staff of the Department to look ahead and plan for the Department's priorities and opportunities over the next two years. Much of the event will showcase the vibrancy and ambition of Belfast, by specifically focusing on the recent refurbishment of the Lyric Theatre and Cultúrlann McAdam Ó'Fiaich Centre; the opening of the MAC in January, the Olympic and Para-Olympic torches coming to Belfast in 2012; the opening of the Titanic Signature project also in 2012; the World Police and Fire Games in 2013; and the major capital investment in three Belfast stadia - Casement Park, Ravenhill and Windsor Park. |
